SHANNON, Ireland May 14, 2012 -- GE Capital Aviation Services Limited (GECAS), the commercial aircraft leasing and financing unit of GE, announced delivery of a new Airbus A330-300 aircraft to KLM Royal Dutch Airlines. The aircraft comes from GECAS' existing order book with Airbus and will be used to modernize the airline's fleet.

Funds recapitalization for Wichita, KS-based operator
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.--10 May 2012-- GE Capital, Franchise Finance provided an $80 million senior credit facility to F&H Acquisition Corp., a restaurant company majority-owned by affiliates of Newcastle Capital Management, L.P. and Steel Partners Holdings L.P. The financing includes a $72.5 million term loan and a $7.5 million revolving line of credit to assist in recapitalizing the company's balance sheet.
TAIPEI, Taiwan, May 8, 2012 -- GE Capital Aviation Services Limited (GECAS), the commercial aircraft leasing and financing unit of GE, today signed an agreement to lease four new Boeing 777-300ER aircraft to EVA Airways.
Delivery of the aircraft from GECAS' existing order book with Boeing is scheduled for 2014.

The airline is in the process of modernizing its fleet. The aircraft being leased will replace older aircraft in the airline's fleet as part of this plan.
Brussels Airlines currently operates a fleet of 47 aircraft to more than 70 destinations.
