LAUREL, Maryland, April 22, 2013 ― On January 8, 2013, GE Healthcare initiated a nationwide voluntary field corrective action of the Giraffe Incubator with a Servo Control Oxygen System and Giraffe OmniBed, which were manufactured from August 1, 2012 through December 20, 2012. Giraffe Incubators without a Servo Control Oxygen System are not impacted.
