2010年7月30日【東京】 GEは、富士電機ホールディングス株式会社（以下、「富士電機」）との間で、国内の電力分野、その他の顧客向けメーターを開発・設計・製造・販売・サービスを行う合弁会社「GE富士電機メーター株式会社」を2010年10月1日付で設立することについて、本日、合弁会社設立契約の締結を行いました。
同合弁会社は、両社の技術力および専門知識と、GEの豊富な経験と世界的な事業展開力、富士電機グループの日本におけるメーターの製造、販売網を活用し、高品質かつコスト競争力のあるメーターを国内に供給することを目的として設立されます。
