ABERDEEN, SCOTLAND, United Kingdom--01 February 2011-- GE Oil & Gas is pleased to announce it has been issued orders to supply seven subsea tree and wellhead systems, utilizing the VetcoGray MHXT tree and VetcoGray SG-5 wellhead system, by Maersk Oil North Sea UK Limited (Maersk Oil) for deployment in the U.K. North Sea. The total value of the awards is expected to be approximately $20 million.

GEと富士電機ホールディングス株式会社（以下、「富士電機」）は、国内の電力分野、その他の顧客向けメーターを設計・製造・販売する合弁会社「GE富士電機メーター株式会社」を本日正式に設立しました。
両社は、高品質かつコスト競争力のあるメーターを国内に供給することを目的として、昨年7月に合弁会社設立契約を締結し、準備を進めてきました。本日から事業を開始する新会社には、富士電機が50.01％、GEが49.99％出資しており、富士電機・GE双方から取締役を選任しています。
