CAIRO-March 22, 2017-GE (NYSE: GE) today announced that it has completed the modernization of its latest combustion solutions for the 9FA gas turbine at the Kureimat power plant, located in Atfieh, Upper Egypt, and owned by the Upper Egypt Electricity Production Company (UEEPC).
WILMINGTON, North Carolina-March 22, 2017-GE Hitachi Nuclear Energy (GEH) and Bechtel today announced the formation of an alliance to offer decommissioning and dismantlement services for nuclear power plants in Germany and Sweden.
The two companies have more than 100 years of combined nuclear industry experience and through the alliance will provide a full range of decommissioning services including pre-shutdown planning, licensing, project development and management, dismantling, demolition, waste handling, and site closeout.
