BOSTON - [April 30], 2018 - On April 30, 2018, General Electric Company (NYSE: GE) issued a notice that it will redeem all of its outstanding 4.700% Notes due 2053 (CUSIP No.: 369622394, NYSE: GEK) (the “Notes”) on May 30, 2018 (the “Early Redemption Date”). The Notes will be redeemed at a price that is the sum of (i) 100.00% of the principal amount of the Notes redeemed and (ii) accrued and unpaid interest to, but excluding, the Early Redemption Date. Payment will be made on the business day following the Early Redemption Date.
