Pascal Radue appointed President and CEO of GE Renewable Energy Hydro business

Paris, France, November 5th 2018 - GE Renewable Energy announced today that Pascal Radue has been appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of its Hydro business, based in Paris.

Pascal Radue joins from GE Power's Steam business where he was leading both the Clean Combustion Product Line (Boilers & Air Quality Control Systems) and the Asia Pacific Region. He started his career with Alstom Power in Belfort, France, in 2001. He successively held several leadership roles for Alstom and then GE Power, in Australia, Switzerland, Thailand, and Malaysia.

PK AirFinance provides Refinancing of 14 Aircraft to GTLK Europe

Luxembourg, November 1, 2018

GTLK Europe has concluded a $340 million refinancing debt facility secured by a portfolio of 14 aircraft. The portfolio includes 5x A321-200s, 6x B737-800 and 3x A319s leased to Aeroflot, Globus, Germania and Bulgarian Eagle.

PK AirFinance, a GECAS company, was the mandated lead arranger of the transaction and provided the financing together with Credit Agricole CIB acting as co-arranger of the loans secured by the Aeroflot aircraft. PK AirFinance also acted as Agent and Security Trustee of the facility.
