The financing was used to recapitalize Genstar's acquisition of Evolution Benefits and support the company's acquisition of Lighthouse1, LLC. GE Capital Markets served as sole lead arranger and joint bookrunner.

HONG KONG, August 24, 2011 -- GE Capital Aviation Services Limited (GECAS), the commercial aircraft leasing and financing unit of GE, announced delivery of two new Boeing 737-800 aircraft leased to Japanese low-cost carrier Skymark Airlines. The aircraft come from GECAS' existing order book with Boeing.
