CHICAGO--25 July 2012-- GE Antares, a unit of GE Capital, announced today it served as administrative agent on a $150 million senior credit facility to support the acquisition of Henry Company, LLC by a group of investors. Graham Partners led the acquisition, partnering with OceanBridge Partners; other investors included management and the former owners of the Company. GE Capital Markets served as sole lead arranger and bookrunner on the transaction.

SAO PAULO, Brazil, July 24, 2012 -- GE Capital Aviation Services Limited (GECAS), the commercial aircraft leasing and financing arm of GE, announced delivery of two leased Airbus A320 aircraft to start-up airline VivaColombia.
The low-cost carrier began service on May 25 from its base in Medellin, Colombia, and serves passenger routes within the country.

Toronto (ON), July 19, 2012 -- GE Capital, Canada announced that it has refinanced the existing revolving term loan facility provided to Western Forest Products Inc. (TSX: WEF). The facility has been increased by $35 million to a total of $110 million.
With products sold in over 25 countries worldwide, Western is the largest coastal British Columbia woodland operator and lumber producer. Principal activities conducted by the company include timber harvesting, reforestation, sawmilling logs into lumber and wood chips and value-added remanufacturing.
