ATLANTA, GEORGIA (August 14, 2003) --- GE Energy Rentals has signed contracts with Event Solutions International (ESI) to supply power for the Audi 8 Auto Show and the GM Auto Show in Motion this summer. The Audi 8 Show is a three-city promotional show for Audi and the GM Auto Show in Motion is a 19-city weekend Ride and Drive show for General Motors (GM).
GE Energy Rentals will provide temperature control for tents, generator power and distribution for the temperature control, as well as ancillary needs for the Audi shows in Los Angeles, California and one in New York.

Designed to help lower the cost of operating a power plant, the new steam turbine CSAs are commercially available today.
GE's existing CSA program addresses gas turbine and combined-cycle plants, with CSAs in place at more than 600 sites around the world. The newly developed CSAs will focus exclusively on steam turbines, including steam turbines in operation at nuclear facilities.

ATLANTA, GEORGIA (July 31, 2003) --- GE Power Systems announced today that it has signed two long-term service contracts with Exelon Corporation for 25 Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems (CEMS) at four power plants in Massachusetts and Texas.
Under the terms of the contract, GE Power Systems' KVB-Enertec team will provide comprehensive maintenance of all CEMS and Data Acquisition and Handling Systems (DAHS) hardware as well as provide 24-hour-a-day software support for the Exelon facilities.

FLORENCE, ITALY (July 24, 2003) --- GE Oil & Gas has shipped a 56-megawatt steam turbine-generator for use in a waste-to-energy (WTE) project located at the municipal waste incineration plant of Bilbao, Spain.
The WTE project consists of a combined-cycle system which includes the GE steam turbine and a GE LM6000PD gas turbine, plus an incinerator. Steam to power the steam turbine will be produced by recovering heat from the gas turbine exhaust, and by burning refuse. The waste plant incinerates half of the household garbage of the Bizkaia region of Spain.
