2005年9月13日，新加坡讯------GE能源集团将向四川省宝兴县的宝兴河上新建的装机容量为19.5万千瓦的水电站提供水轮发电机组。
这家新建的电厂隶属于四川华能宝兴河电力股份有限公司，为中国最大的能源公司之一---中国华能集团的全资子公司。
GE能源将提供3台6.5万千瓦的混流式水轮机，水位差的范围在304米至345米之间。GE签订的合同内容还包括提供阀门、备件和人员培训等。
位于浙江省杭州市萧山区的通用电气亚洲水电设备有限公司（GEHA) 将制造、提供全部的水轮发电机组、阀门、相关配件和培训。设备的安装工作将从2006年4月开始在项目现场进行。预计这三台机组将分别于2007年10 月、2008年1月和2008年4月投入商业运营。
预计新电厂的年发电能力将达到9.57亿千瓦时，可帮助该地区满足日益增长的电力需求。

Mumbai, October 7, 2005 -- GE Commercial Aviation Services (GECAS) today announced an agreement to lease two Airbus A320 narrow body aircraft to Air Deccan, one of India's established low-cost airlines.
The aircraft are scheduled for delivery to Air Deccan in January 2006. They are part of an early return agreement reached with U.S. Airways in May 2005.
