2012年1月19日 -- GE90发动机在2011年经历了最为成功的一年，从航空公司及货运公司得到的订单累积达400台，价值110亿美元（目录表价格）。这一成绩超过了2007年创下的250台的纪录。
2011年的订单包括来自阿联酋航空创纪录的订单，在11月的迪拜航展上阿联酋航空一举订购了50架使用GE90-115B发动机的波音777飞机。

Bangkok -- January 31, 2012 - President and Chief Executive Officer of General Electric (GE) Thailand, Mr. Kovit Kantapasara, said that GE is ready to drive its business forward in 2012 in the energy, aviation, healthcare and lighting industries to help Thailand become a hub for the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) by 2015.
GE will focus on developing business excellence and increasing its market share while building strong business partnerships. Last year, GE Thailand experienced a 40 percent growth and has set a double-digit target increase for 2012.
