Software for energy industry predicts, diagnoses and prioritizes impending equipment failure

The Shield software helps large equipment operators detect equipment problems early and avoid surprise equipment failure, therefore increasing productivity, while minimizing costs.
Funds partner buyout
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.--23 February 2012-- GE Capital, Franchise Finance recently provided a $2.675 million term loan to QSC Restaurants, Inc., a Wendy's franchisee, for a partner buyout. The funding was provided through GE Capital's bank affiliate, GE Capital Financial Inc.
Montreal -- GE Capital, Franchise Finance announced today that it has recently provided a $15 million senior term loan facility to Temple Real Estate Investment Trust (TSX Venture: "TR.UN") to support the acquisition of the Radisson Hotel & Suites Fort McMurray, Alberta.

The financing includes a $17 million term loan and an $8 million revolving credit facility. Funding was provided through GE Capital's bank affiliate, GE Capital Financial Inc.

By analyzing and benchmarking fleet data, GE Capital helps customers determine areas to maximize cost savings and increase productivity. The total amount of identified savings for 2011 was $347 million, with optimal vehicle cycling for fleets yielding the highest cost savings of more than $124 million for the year.
