SINGAPORE, December 8, 2010 -- GE Capital Aviation Services Ltd. (GECAS), the commercial aircraft leasing and financing arm of GE, today announced delivery of three new Boeing 737-800 aircraft to PT Garuda Airlines in Indonesia. The aircraft come from GECAS' existing order book with Boeing.
The three deliveries to Garuda bring the total number of aircraft leased from GECAS to 16. The airline operates a fleet of 87 aircraft that fly to more than 50 destinations.
