LONDON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--On 13 December 2010, General Electric Company ("GE") announced the terms of a recommended cash offer (the "Offer") by its wholly-owned subsidiary, General Electric Austria GmbH ("GE Austria"), to acquire the entire issued and to be issued share capital of Wellstream Holdings PLC ("Wellstream").
