Butler Health System will use HIE to Enhance Regional Care Coordination
BARRINGTON, Ill. -- Feb 10, 2011 -- GE Healthcare and Butler Health System, which serves Western Pennsylvania communities, have announced the planned implementation of a health information exchange to enable clinical information access between BHS and its affiliated and independent physicians, as well as referral hospitals outside of the immediate community.
Henry A. Hubschman, who had a distinguished career in law, government and business, died of cancer at the age of 63 in his Greenwich, Connecticut home on February 9, 2011. In the last twenty years of his life, he was a senior lawyer and then senior business executive at GE, beginning his career with the company as General Counsel of its Aircraft Engines division in 1992.

Dubai, UAE; February 10, 2011: GE Volunteers in UAE have raised AED 22,550 for Dubai Autism Center by participating in the recent Dubai Marathon, organized under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President & Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai.
