SHANNON, Ireland, December 3, 2012 -- GE Capital Aviation Services Limited (GECAS), the commercial aircraft leasing and financing arm of GE, announced delivery of a new leased Airbus A330-300 aircraft to XL Airways France.
The aircraft comes from GECAS' existing order book with Airbus and expands the airline's fleet. This is the first A330-300 joining the XL Airways France fleet.
XL Airways France currently operates a fleet of nine aircraft to more than 50 destinations.
CHICAGO --- December 3, 2012 --- GE Antares, a unit of GE Capital, announced today it is serving as administrative agent for a $140 million senior credit facility to support the acquisition of Hilex Poly Co. LLC by Wind Point Partners. GE Capital Markets served as co-lead arranger and sole bookrunner on the transaction.
