It will host the state-of-the-art manufacturing base of central unit control panels (UCP) for gas and steam turbine power plants. Bringing UCP production to Hungary is the latest in a long line of GE investments to align its production to new customer needs and to extend its technology capability locally and globally.

GE Capital Aviation Services Delivers Two New Leased Boeing 737-800s to Pegasus Airlines

DUBAI, United Arab Emirates, August 5, 2013 -- GE Capital Aviation Services Limited (GECAS), the commercial aircraft leasing and financing arm of GE, announced delivery of two new Boeing 737-800s to Turkish low cost carrier Pegasus Airlines following a purchase-and-leaseback transaction.

The two aircraft come from Pegasus' existing order book with Boeing and were delivered in January and June. They will expand the airline's current fleet of 45 aircraft.

Pegasus Airlines operates flights to 72 destinations in 30 countries.
