NORWALK, CT, Aug. 13, 2014 --- GE Capital's Telecom, Media and Technology (TMT) financing business announced today it served as administrative agent on $69 million of senior secured credit facilities to support the acquisition of AGDATA by Vista Equity Partners. CHICAGO --- GE Antares, a unit of GE Capital, announced today it served as administrative agent on a $265 million senior secured credit facility to support the acquisition of United Site Services (USS) by Calera Capital. GE Capital Markets served as sole lead arranger and bookrunner on this facility.
