GE Unit Expands Oil And Gas Investing -- Introduces Loans For Development Drilling

STAMFORD, Conn. Oct. 25, 2010 -- GE Energy Financial Services, a unit of GE (NYSE: GE), announced today that it is expanding its oil and gas reserves investing business by offering loans for development drilling. In its first transaction involving this new product, GE Energy Financial Services has made a loan to Knox Energy, Inc. -- an exploration and production company based in Columbus, Ohio -- for drilling natural gas wells in central Ohio.

TMGP has received confirmation from BC Hydro that the project has met its guaranteed commercial operations date commitment under the EPA.

SANDERSVILLE, Ga. & STAMFORD, Conn.--Monday, July 12, 2010-- ArcLight Capital Partners, LLC, through its wholly-owned affiliate AL Sandersville Holdings, LLC, has acquired a 640-megawatt generation facility located in Sandersville, Georgia from KGen Power Corporation for $130 million. GE Energy Financial Services, a unit of GE (NYSE: GE), closed financing as the lead lender of the $98 million in senior secured credit facilities partially financing the acquisition.
