HONG KONG, December 10, 2012 -- GE Capital Aviation Services Limited (GECAS), the commercial aircraft leasing and financing arm of GE, announced it delivered three new leased Airbus A320 aircraft to Japanese low-cost carrier Peach Aviation to expand the airline's fleet. Peach was founded in February 2011.
The aircraft come from GECAS' existing order book with Airbus. Since 2011, GECAS has delivered six new leased aircraft to Peach.
SINGAPORE, December 7, 2012 -- GE Capital Aviation Services Limited (GECAS), the commercial aircraft leasing and financing arm of GE, announced it delivered four new Boeing 737-800 aircraft to Indonesia's Lion Air as part of a purchase and leaseback transaction.
The aircraft come from the airline's existing order book with Boeing and were delivered in September and October to expand and modernize the airline's fleet. GECAS has delivered a total of 12 new leased aircraft to Lion in 2012.
SHANNON, Ireland, December 3, 2012 -- GE Capital Aviation Services Limited (GECAS), the commercial aircraft leasing and financing arm of GE, announced delivery of a new leased Airbus A330-300 aircraft to XL Airways France.
The aircraft comes from GECAS' existing order book with Airbus and expands the airline's fleet. This is the first A330-300 joining the XL Airways France fleet.
XL Airways France currently operates a fleet of nine aircraft to more than 50 destinations.
SAO PAULO, November 28, 2012 -- GE Capital Aviation Services Limited (GECAS), the commercial aircraft leasing and financing arm of GE, announced it has delivered four new leased Airbus A320 aircraft to Volaris. All four aircraft are part of a purchase and leaseback transaction with the airline to expand its fleet. The aircraft come from the airline's existing orderbook with Airbus
Volaris, Mexico's second-largest carrier, flies to more than 37 destinations in Mexico and the United States. It currently operates a fleet of 41 Airbus aircraft.
CAPE TOWN, South Africa, November 19, 2012 -- GE Capital Aviation Services Limited (GECAS), the commercial aircraft leasing and financing arm of GE, announced delivery of a leased Boeing 737-500 to Lineas Aereas De Mocambique (LAM), the flag carrier of Mozambique.
LAM, along with its subsidiary MEX (Mozambique Express), operates 10 aircraft to destinations in Africa from its base in Maputo, Mozambique.
SHANNON, Ireland, October 25, 2012 -- GE Capital Aviation Services Limited (GECAS), the commercial aircraft leasing and financing arm of GE, announced delivery of a leased Boeing 737-300F to Spain's Swiftair S.A. to expand the carrier's fleet.
Swiftair operates cargo flights in Europe, North Africa and the Middle East with a fleet of more than 30 aircraft.
SAO PAULO, October 22, 2012 -- GE Capital Aviation Services Limited (GECAS), the commercial aircraft leasing and financing arm of GE, announced today it will lease four new Boeing 737-800 aircraft to GOL Linhas Aéreas Inteligentes S.A. as part of a purchase and leaseback transaction.
Delivery of the first aircraft from the airline's existing order book with Boeing is scheduled for December 2012.
GOL operates a fleet of 128 aircraft to more than 63 destinations in 12 countries.
SHANGHAI, October 12, 2012 -- GE Capital Aviation Services Limited (GECAS), the commercial aircraft leasing and financing arm of GE, announced delivery of two new Boeing 737-800s to China Eastern Airlines.
Deliveries were completed in July and September and were part of GECAS' existing order book with Boeing.
China Eastern Airlines operates a fleet of more than 300 aircraft to more than 100 destinations.

STAMFORD, CONN, Oct. 3, 2012 -- GE Capital Aviation Services (GECAS), the commercial aircraft leasing and financing arm of General Electric (NYSE: GE), and Boeing (NYSE: BA) finalized a firm order for 85 737s, which includes 75 737 MAX 8s and 10 Next-Generation 737-800s. The order, first announced as a commitment at the Farnborough Airshow in July, allows for up to 15 additional 737-800s.
