Podcast: Olympian Cam McEvoy talks science, swimming and study

If you wondered what was going through his mind as he stood on the blocks ready to dive into the final of the 100m in Rio, Australian sprinter Cameron McEvoy has already revealed to GE Reports: aliens.

McEvoy, who is studying physics and applied mathematics, seems to glide over the surface of the water when he swims, but his thinking style is deep. GE Reports caught up with him in Brisbane before he headed to Rio for the 2016 Olympic Games. With his thoughtful approach to life and swimming, the aspiring physicist has done a lot to blow up the old stereotype of the one-dimensional jock. Listen in.
