GE Investor Update

Today is an exciting day for GE as we announced the new brand names for our three planned future companies: GE HealthCare, GE Vernova, and GE Aerospace.

This announcement builds on more than six months of work, thousands of conversations with customers, employees, and investors, and began without any preconceived ideas beyond setting up our planned future businesses for success. We are excited about the outcome, and confident that it enables the very best of the GE brand to live on, while signaling a new beginning for each company.

Additionally, GE announced today that following the completion of the planned spin-off, shares of GE HealthCare will be listed on The Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol “GEHC.” GE intends to execute the tax-free spin-off of GE HealthCare in early 2023, creating an independent company driving innovation in precision health to improve patient outcomes and address critical patient and clinical challenges. By listing on Nasdaq, GE HealthCare will benefit from the exchange’s profile and track record as a market for innovative, technology-led public companies, particularly in the healthcare sector.

We remain on track with our plans to create three independent, investment grade, industry-leading companies, and we will continue to share updates on our progress.
