GE Investor Day 2022

March 10, 2022

Today is an exciting day for GE as we host our 2022 Investor Day in Greenville, South Carolina starting at 7:30 AM ET. You can access a live webcast of the presentations, as well as accompanying slides and press release, on our investor website here.

GE Chairman & CEO Larry Culp and CFO Carolina Dybeck Happe will be joined by each of our business leaders and members of their teams to share their views of priorities, progress and opportunities in Healthcare, Power, Renewable Energy and Aviation. We hope this results in a better understanding not only of what  we are targeting to achieve financially but how  we are doing so operationally.

GE Chairman and CEO H. Lawrence Culp, Jr. said, “We’re running GE’s businesses better, creating value for shareholders today and tomorrow. Our talented, resilient team has embedded lean deeply across GE, and we have decentralized how we run the company. As a result, we’re poised to deliver sustainable operational and financial improvements, setting us up to generate between $5.5 to $6.5 billion of free cash flow in 2022 and more than $7 billion in 2023. Our stronger balance sheet positions us to deploy capital to invest in growth.”

Throughout the presentations, you will hear from our leaders on how GE is driving profitable growth built on a foundation of lean. We have strong franchises leading critically important growth sectors, advancing precision health, the energy transition, and the future of flight. We’re running our businesses better today, for the long term, with our talented and resilient teams, scaling lean and driving lasting cultural change. As a result, we’re delivering better results —both today, as we deliver the profitable growth detailed in our near-term outlook, and tomorrow, as we plan for creating three independent companies better positioned for the future.

We’re excited for you to hear from each of our leaders about what the future holds for GE, as we’re focused on serving our customers, creating long-term value, and rising to the challenge of building a world that works.

As always, I welcome your feedback on today’s event, and thank you for your interest in GE.
