GE Global Asset Protection Names Dane Lopes Vice President, Sales GE Global Asset Protection Services (GE GAP Services) announced the appointment of Dane Lopes to Vice President, Sales. Lopes will lead the national and international sales teams for all GE GAP Services customers.

Rudi Flunger to Lead Facultative Aviation, Stefan Lenhardt to Lead Aviation Treaty
GE Frankona Re today announced the appointments of Rudi Flunger as Manager of the Facultative Aviation Team and of Stefan Lenhardt as Manager of the Aviation Treaty Team. Both positions will report
directly into Florian Karner who was recently promoted to be the new leader of Global Aviation. Both Lenhardt and Flunger will be based in Munich.
As part of this reorganization, the Aviation Terrorism team will be merged with the Facultative team.
After having worked as a consultant in the banking industry, Rudi Flunger joined GE European Equipment Management (TIP) in 1997, taking the role of a Master Black Belt. His next position was at GE Frankona Re which he joined in 2000, holding various positions within the Risk Management team, most recently as Head of Risk Management for Continental Europe and Specialty Markets.
Flunger earned a degree in Business Administration from the University of Vienna. Stefan Lenhardt joined GE Frankona Re's Aviation department in 1993. He started working on the Aviation Treaty account, then managed the Space portfolio, before he took over responsibility for the viation terrorism/war business in early 2002. Lenhardt earned a degree in Business Administration at the University of Regensburg.

GE Frankona Re today announced the appointment of Mark Brock as team leader for its Professional Indemnity business. Brock will report to Martin Boreham, UK & Europe Casualty Facultative Leader, to strengthen the company's lead position in the PI market and drive the book of business forward in 2004.
Brock has extensive experience as a key PI underwriter and more recently as a broker and has a considerable knowledge of both the industry and the product.
