- GE Monogram's new dishwasher has three stages of filtration

LOUISVILLE, Ky.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--As more homeowners look to create truly custom kitchens with inset cabinets, GE Monogram® is offering a European-style dishwasher that can be installed flush with surrounding cabinetry. This "true-flush" option provides consumers with new levels of installation flexibility and the ability to create a fully integrated look in their kitchen.

The Monogram dishwasher complements GE Monogram's 30-inch fully integrated refrigerator and wine reserve that will be available in the first quarter of 2011. These, too, sit true-flush with surrounding cabinetry.
Flush panel options: The panels for the new Monogram dishwasher are available in stainless steel European styling with tubular handles or custom panels to match the homeowner's inset doors. All three styles fit seamlessly into cabinet frames for a flush installation.
Functional and beautiful: A brightly illuminated stainless steel interior with durable nylon racks and a third rack for cutlery make this dishwasher as functional as it is beautiful. The highly efficient European wash system, with three stages of filtration, helps remove food soils from the cleaning water to ensure sparkling dishes. Following the wash cycle, a powerful fan circulates air throughout the dishwasher tub for superior drying results.
A greener clean: The new Monogram fully integrated dishwasher is not only ENERGY STAR® qualified, but has also received the highest efficiency rating available in Europe -- the Consortium for Energy Efficiency (CEE) Tier 2 rating. When it comes to efficiency features in new homes, efficient appliances rank among the top three priorities for homebuyers (along with high-efficiency windows and insulation).1
The new GE Monogram dishwasher (model: ZDB9900RII) will be available in the first quarter of 2011 for the estimated retail of $1,8402. The total depth of the dishwasher is less than 24 inches, including the three-quarter-inch custom panel, ensuring seamless integration with surrounding cabinets.
