New Delhi, June 13, 2005 - GE Commercial Aviation Services (GECAS), a unit of GE Commercial Finance, today announced the opening of a new office in New Delhi to better serve airline customers in India. GECAS is a leading provider of fleet, financing and productivity solutions to the global aviation industry.

GECAS completed its first lease in India in 1996 and has leased and financed aircraft with Jet Airways, Air India and Indian Airlines. Currently, GECAS leases 11 aircraft to airline customers in India.
GECAS's presence in New Delhi will be represented by Tejpreet S. ("T.P.") Chopra, Vice President , Marketing. A native of India, Chopra has worked at GECAS in Stamford, Connecticut since 1996 in various marketing, risk management and structured finance positions. He holds a bachelor's degree from Delhi University and an MBA from Cornell University.
