February 01, 2005 -- Evendale, OHIO -- GE Transportation - Aircraft Engines, through Unison Industries, LLC, has completed its acquisition of Aircraft Parts Corporation (APC), following receipt of all required regulatory approvals. The transaction, terms of which were not disclosed, was completed on January 31, 2005.
A privately held company, APC manufactures and repairs aircraft electrical systems, including starter-generators and generator control units for business/commuter jet, helicopter and military applications.
