Seminar and exhibition provide forum for experts to showcase water and energy issues

Dubai, UAE, December 24, 2005: GE Infrastructure, a global leader in energy and water processing technologies, is a co-sponsor for the two day Water & Energy and Environment Exhibition (WETEX) 2006. Taking place from 14-16 January at the Dubai World Trade Centre, the leading regional forum for water and energy will create an excellent environment for industry experts to highlight regional water and energy issues.

Committed to partnering with regional governments to address future industry scenarios, GE executives will address industry and government audiences, sharing their vision for sustainable development of the region's power and water resources.

Commenting on the support that GE has extended to the event, Abdullah Taibah, Region Executive & General Manager, Middle East and Africa, GE Energy, said: "GE is committed to implementing sustainable solutions to address power and water requirements in the region.
