GE Releases 2006 Citizenship Report, ''Solving Big Needs''; Theme Emphasizes Size as an Advantage in Helping Meet Global Needs

FAIRFIELD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 23, 2006--GE released today its 2006 citizenship report highlighting the company's progress in 2005 and providing a view into its priorities for the coming year. The report, "Solving Big Needs," is the company's second, and tells the story of how GE uses its capabilities to help address some of the world's most pressing needs.
