Bengaluru, November 30, 2016: As a key step forward in GE’s digital transformation, the company today announced the opening of its largest Digital Hub located in Bengaluru. At the center of this collaboration is Predix, GE’s distributed operating system built for the industrial world. “Bengaluru is one of the six key locations around the world which is focused on IT and software development in line with our business strategy,” said Anthony Thomas, Group CIO for GE. “GE is looking to hire talent that can fit our lean and agile culture, wants to work in a unique global set up which has a start-up like feel, within a large enterprise with access to R&D, engineering and manufacturing.
