NORWALK, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 15, 2006--GE Commercial Finance - Bank Loans today announced that Neeraj Mehta has been appointed Managing Director with responsibility for acquiring participations in par bank loans and for related secondary market investing activities.

Mr. Mehta joined GE in 1996, and since then has held a number of positions in direct loan origination, securitizations, and, more recently, in the capital markets area. Most recently, he was Managing Director - European Secondary Markets, based in London, where he built a secondary markets team for GE's European leveraged finance business.
