Warranty Services Unit to Expand Reach with AppOne Technology
DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--GE Money's Warranty Services division, which provides vehicle service contracts to franchise and independent automobile dealers, today announced a partnership with AppOne, a provider of Internet-based risk mitigation and financial technology to banks, to provide a technology solution that connects independent auto dealers with lenders.
The alliance enables independent dealers access to Warranty Services' vehicle service contract products through AppOne's Internet-based auto finance platform. Through this platform, dealers are able to access online pricing guides, print necessary forms and enroll customers in service programs from Warranty Services.
The AppOne system automates the funding process for dealers by printing all documents required to complete the booking of auto loans. It offers dealers faster financing options for their customers, support services and additional aftermarket fee-based products.
"By creating an alliance with GE Money - Warranty Services, AppOne further enhances the financing and aftermarket sales process for Warranty Services' dealer customers," said Lee Domingue, CEO of AppOne. "We are excited about the addition of GE Money -Warranty Services to our platform."
"The partnership between these two companies adds value to both organizations," said Orlando Zayas, president of GE Money - Warranty Services. "We benefit from reaching the many dealers on AppOne's platform, and AppOne benefits from adding additional features to its current list of services."
