ISSFA Member Fabricators Provide Revolving and Installment Credit
ST PAUL, Minn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--GE Money's Sales Finance unit and International Solid Surface Fabricators Association (ISSFA), a non-profit trade association for solid surface and quartz fabricators, today announced a new five-year relationship to provide private label revolving and installment credit options through GE's PROJECTLINESM and PROJECTLOANSM programs.
The use of natural materials is a growing trend in kitchen and bath design, according to the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). The reparability, cleanability and sanitary properties of solid surface have made it one of the most common products used in food preparation areas. Today, use of solid surface material extends beyond countertops to include objects of art, wall cladding, furniture applications and much more.
"The strength, low maintenance and durability of solid surface products add beauty and value to a home, and providing a consumer finance option makes it more affordable," said Robert Oxley of ISSFA. "Our priority is to deliver benefits and resources for our member fabricators. Offering another payment option through a trusted lender is a way we can bring value and help drive sales for our fabricators."
This program gives ISSFA members the ability to offer a powerful consumer credit program. The new credit program includes a quick and easy application and sales process that can be completed in the customer's home or the member's showroom. Competitive terms and promotions such as deferred interest plans and extended-term, fixed-payment programs provide a choice of payment types.
"Kitchen and bath improvements can add significant value to a home, with countertops being a premium upgrade and providing great return on investment," said Bruce Christensen, vice president and general manager, Home Improvement industry, GE Money -- Sales Finance. "We're proud to partner with an organization like ISSFA, which shares our commitment to quality and service."
