KANSAS CITY, Mo.--Jan. 4, 2005--GE Insurance Solutions recently celebrated the one-year anniversary of its Masonic Association insurance program.
Since the program's inception in January 2004, the program has provided broad insurance coverage for more than 4,200 Masonic Associations generating over $10 million in gross written premium, exceeding the company's expectations.
The success of this program is due to the fact that it was created by Masons and continues to be managed and underwritten by Masons through the Thompkins & Company, said Margaret Zechlin, Vice President Select Markets, GE Insurance Solutions. The coverages afforded under this program were specifically designed for these insureds based on Thompkin's five decades of experience.

Thompkins' Masonic program was established in 1950, and has been underwritten by GE Insurance Solutions since January 2004. The program is available for Masonic Lodges and related organizations throughout the United States.
