NORWALK, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 21, 2005--GE Commercial Finance Corporate Lending today named Randy Hicks Managing Director for its East Region. He will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships along the east coast, including many southern states, and extending as far west as Ohio.

Randy Hicks has held a variety of sales and leadership roles with GE Commercial Finance's Commercial Equipment Financing group since joining the company in 1993. Most recently, he served as Managing Director, Commercial & Industrial Finance for the Central Region. Prior to joining GE, Mr. Hicks held sales positions with US West Capital Corporation and First New Hampshire Resources. He holds a Bachelors degree in Finance from Babson College.
