DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 14, 2005--GE Commercial Finance Corporate Lending announced that it has named Paul W. Patrick as Senior Vice President of origination for the Texas market. Mr. Patrick will be responsible for new business development initiatives as part of a 10-person team based in Dallas.

Mr. Patrick has nearly 30 years of financial experience in mergers and acquisitions, leverage buyouts and lending. He most recently served as a Vice President for Guaranty Business Credit. He has also held executive positions with U.S. Bank Business Credit, FINOVA Capital, Daiwa Bank Ltd., Credit du Nord and Security Pacific Bank.
