STAMFORD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 5, 2004--GE Commercial Finance has added two executives to its Capital Markets/Syndications team, it was announced today. The two, Jeffrey A. Gimby, and John K. Kuhn, have been named senior vice president, GE Commercial Finance Capital Markets/Syndications and report to Mary Beth Burnett, managing director, GE Commercial Finance Capital Markets/Syndications.
Jeffrey Gimby was a vice president at Loan Pricing Corporation, and before that a vice president, leveraged finance at J.P. Morgan Securities Inc., where he structured and executed syndicated loans to assist clients financing corporate-to-corporate acquisitions, refinancing existing debt, and financing leveraged buyouts. He holds a B.S. in accounting from the University of Utah and an MBA from The Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth College.
John Kuhn was director, leveraged finance for ABN AMRO Incorporated, where he conducted due diligence and credit analysis for prospective syndicated loan and high yield transactions with emphasis on chemicals, automotive and health care industries. Before that, he was vice president, global syndicated finance for JP Morgan Securities Inc. and an associate in global syndicated finance for Chase Securities, Inc. He holds a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of New Hampshire and an MBA from the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University.
