GE Commercial Finance Adds Four Executives to Global Media

NORWALK, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 25, 2005--GE Commercial Finance today announced that it has named four executives to its Global Media & Communications origination team. Mark Huang has been appointed senior vice president, Technology Lending; Eitan Milstein has been named senior vice president for the Special Situations team; and Kevin Khanna and Robert Malone will serve as vice presidents, focusing on the entertainment and media sectors respectively.

In his position with Technology Lending, Mark Huang will lead the effort to provide venture debt financing to promising clean technology companies in such areas as energy, water and transportation. He is based in the New York City office. Since joining GE in 1997, he has worked with GE's Energy Financial Services (EFS) unit with a focus on energy technology investments, as well as developing new markets as part of the EFS Strategic Marketing team. Mr. Huang holds a BS in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from the Webb Institute, and an MBA and Masters of International Affairs from Columbia University.

Eitan Milstein has joined the Special Situations team to cover the West Coast and will be based in San Francisco. His 20+ years of lending experience include 10 years in various GE Commercial Finance positions. Since April 2004, he has served in the Intermediary Group and Sponsor Vertical for GE's Commercial and Industrial Finance business. Prior to that, he worked in GE's Global Sponsor Finance team covering sponsors and advisors to the Western U.S. private equity sector, and in the Capital Funding Group as an originator. Mr. Milstein holds a BA in economics and political science from Tel Aviv University, and an MBA from Arizona State University.

Kevin Khanna will focus on originating transactions in the entertainment sector. He formerly underwrote transactions in the cable, towers, wireless and satellite sectors. His prior experience includes a position in the M&A Group of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. Mr. Khanna holds a BA from the University of Rochester and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Robert Malone will be responsible for originating transactions in the media sector. Since joining GE in 2001, he has underwritten transactions in the Radio, Outdoor, Publishing and Technology sectors. His prior experience includes positions with SunTrust Bank and Bank of America. Mr. Malone is a graduate of University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and holds an MBA from Emory University's Goizueta Business School.
