NAIROBI, Kenya, October 25, 2013 -- GE Capital Aviation Services Limited (GECAS), the commercial aircraft leasing and financing arm of GE, today announced delivery of a new leased Boeing 777-36NER aircraft to Kenya Airways. The aircraft comes from GECAS' existing order book with Boeing.
The new aircraft becomes the largest in Kenya's fleet with a seating capacity of 400 and is part of the airline's fleet expansion plans.
Kenya Airways currently operates more than 40 aircraft to more than 50 destinations.
