FAIRFIELD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--GE today announces the appointment of three new company officers.
Patricia Hutton-Glassford, 43, is vice president and Chief Financial Officer of GE Industrial. Prior to this she held a number of finance leadership roles including EVP and CFO NBC Universal Film and Parks, SVP and CFO NBC TV Stations and NBC West Coast, Manager, Finance GE Plastics Commercial and Manufacturing, and Executive Audit Manager. Hutton graduated from Fairfield University with a B.S. in Finance in 1985 and GE's Financial Management Program (FMP) in 1988.
Brian Palmer, 48, is vice president, Optimization and Control - Energy, GE Infrastructure. In 2002, Palmer was the leader for a number of Energy acquisitions, including Bently Nevada. In 1998, he led Global Installation Services for Energy and in 1996, he was responsible for the America Projects in Energy. Palmer received his bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology in 1981.
Frank M. Schulkes, 45, is vice president & Chief Financial Officer of GE Healthcare -- International. Schulkes has been with GE for over 18 years. Prior his current role, he held a number of finance roles in GE Plastics followed by Staff executive to the GE CFO, and Chief Financial Officer of GE Healthcare -- Americas. Schulkes graduated from University of Tilburg in the Netherlands with a doctorate in business management as well as GE's Financial Management Program (FMP).
