The current Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT) year will draw to a close on 31st March, 2011.
The accuracy of FBT reporting is dependent on the kilometre information a driver supplies throughout the current FBT year especially the opening and closing kilometre readings.
We encourage all drivers to re-fuel their vehicles on the 31st March and advise the service station attendant of the odometer reading at the time of purchase. This will ensure that the Reports more accurately reflect your fleet vehicles usage for the full FBT year (1 April 2010 to 31 March 2011), by capturing the closing odometer reading.
