DeltaBank's Distribution Network Grows 30% Compared to 2004. 56 New Sales Offices Opened During September-December, 2005

January 18th, 2006. Moscow. - DeltaBank (a wholly owned subsidiary of GE Consumer Finance) reports the opening of 56 additional offices for the sale of credit products and services in its distribution network encompassing major Russian cities in September-December, 2005. At the same time, the distribution network grew 30% on 2004 this year. A total of 149 DeltaBank offices are currently open for business across the country. New points of sales opened in September to December 2005, include classic points of sale where customers are offered a complete set of consumer loan and credit card services as well as mobile kiosks where bank staff accepts applications and other documents from customers required for the issue of Visa Classic credit cards.

Aside from Moscow and Moscow region, new sales offices were opened in Yekaterinburg, Kazan, Krasnodar, Nizhniy Novgorod, Novosibirsk, Rostov-on-Don, Samara and St. Petersburg. New DeltaBank offices are traditionally launched in the most popular and highly attended retail trade outlets. In fourth quarter, bank offices were made operational in the newly opened trade centers of renowned retail chains: Eldorado, IKEA, Sportmaster, Perekryostok, Mosmart, OBI, Domino, Domotechnika, etc.

New offices offer clients a wide spectrum of consumer credit products under the most popular and demanded credit programs. These include, in particular, the issue of revolving VISA credit cards for the purchase of mass demand products in accordance with the 10-10-10 credit program, as well as "17% per annum" and "20% per annum," "Five-Year Loan" and "Typical" programs.

According to DeltaBank's Business Development Director Sergei Sinkevich, "DetaBank intends further active expansion of its presence on the market, both centrally and in the regions of the country during the coming months creating additional jobs for local residents."
