About Custom Calls

Custom Calls allow you to configure and integrate an external service as a PRE or a POST call with an action performed in the integrated application. This configuration is action-specific, not application-specific. For example, for any action (Clock on/off or Complete), if there is any PRE/POST call configuration created, the expected behaviour must be same in the Unit Operations and Work Queue applications.
