Table 1. Enhancements and New Features

The following enhancements and new features have been added.

To improve usability when filtering a column in the Cases grid view that contains a fixed set of values, you can now select one or more values contained in the column as filter criteria. To facilitate this enhancement, the filter button () has been added to the headings of the following columns:
  • CLOSURE CODE
  • SEVERITY
  • STATUS
  • VISIBILITY

To improve usability when filtering a column in the Cases grid view that does not contain a fixed set of values, you can now specify the following filter criteria:
  • Starts With
  • Ends With
  • Contains
  • Does Not Contain
  • Equals
  • Does Not Equal
To facilitate this enhancement, the filter button () has been added to the Filter boxes in the following columns:
  • ASSET ALIAS
  • ASSET NAME
  • CREATED BY
  • EXTERNAL CASE ID
  • NAME
  • OWNED BY
  • SITE NAME

You can now view and download PDF reports for multiple cases from the Cases grid page. To facilitate this enhancement, a new button, Recent PDF Reports (), has been added.
You can view the following details in the Recent PDF Reports window, when you select :
  • Last 5 PDF reports that you have generated. If you want to view all reports that you generated in last 30 days, select the Show All button.
  • Status (In-progress, Completed, Failed) of each PDF report and download the report.

You can now view the recently exported files in the Cases grid page. To facilitate this enhancement, a report icon has been included in the Cases page. US495830
Table 2. Resolved Issues

The following issues, which existed in one or more previous versions, have been resolved.

Previously, the resolution date and the closed date were considered the same and it reflected under the Closed date column in the Cases grid page. This issue has been resolved. You can now see both the Resolution date and the Closed date in the Close Case section on the Case details page.
Note: Closed date is the date when the case has been closed in the GE Digital APM.

Previously, the subscribers of a case would continue to receive email notifications even after releasing the claim. This issue has been resolved. Now, you can release a claim and stop receiving the email notifications for a case.US495773
