Create a Group (Classic)

Steps for Operations Hub classic version.

Before you begin

Create a category.

Procedure

  1. In the main navigation menu, select Roles.
    The Roles workspace appears, displaying a list of categories.

  2. In the row containing the category in which you want to create a group, select Add New Group.
    A window appears, asking you to enter a name for the group.

  3. Enter a name, and then select OK. The name must contain at least one uppercase or lowercase letter.
    The group is created.
