Human Resources Leader
Kerry is the Human Resources Leader for GE Ventures. Based in New York, NY, she joined the business in 2014.
Kerry is responsible for leading human capital initiatives, including recruitment and talent acquisition, succession planning and talent development, organizational design and architecture, incentive program and compensation creation/planning, and coaching and performance development.
Prior to joining GE, Kerry spent ten years at Citi. Her most recent role was HR Advisor for global product leads within Transaction Services, assuming the human resources generalist and business partner responsibilities for five diverse global businesses and functions. Previously at Citi, she was a Talent Program Manager, where she was a co-creator in launching a multilevel global leadership development program for high-potential employees and acted as executive coach. She also held roles as Graduate Campus Program Manager and Graduate Campus Recruiting Manager, where she spearheaded recruitment initiatives for the finance, technology, operations, and investment banking industries.
Kerry earned a bachelor's degree in Political Science, focusing on Peace and Conflict studies, from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA. During her undergraduate studies, she spent twelve months at the University of Melbourne in Australia as a resident of Newman College.
A former high school mascot (the Pelham Pelican), Kerry is the only person in school history to don the uniform while performing with the marching band. She once skydived and bungee jumped within a 12-hour period, and she completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Certification in 2012 with YogaWorks in New York City. Her teaching revenues have paid for two trips to Paris and counting.
