Arun Gowda is the SiC Mission Leader and Principal Engineer responsible for packaging development and deployment of GE's SiC technology into applications. Prior to this role, Arun led the Electronics Packaging and Miniaturization lab at GE Research, responsible for the development of advanced packaging and integration of microelectronics, sensors, and power devices.

Mr. Kapusta is a Principal Process Development Engineer in GE Research's Microelectronics Laboratory, focused on the fabrication processes and system integration of next generation electronics packages and interconnect technologies. He earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry at the State University of New York Oswego in 1996.

Juan Sabate leads a multidisciplinary team of scientists and engineers to develop new power electronics concepts for power supplies and high-power switching amplifiers for future generation of MRI drivers to improve performance, efficiency, and power density. The power conversion concepts are also applicable to aviation and renewables.

Rick Arthur is Senior Principal Engineer for GE Research Digital Technologies, focusing on Advanced Computational Methods Research and its application to Digital Engineering. This involves pathfinding of novel computing hardware and software architectures and connecting these with industrial application opportunities. Rick represents GE on several government and professional community advisory councils.
