Mohammed is a Fulbright scholar and a postdoc in the Computer Vision and AI group at GE Research. He earned his Ph.D. in Imaging Science, and his M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology. His research interests are centered around the intersection between computer vision applications and machine learning, as well as image chain modeling. In the past, he worked on object tracking, semantic segmentation, and visual question answering. Prior to joining GE as a postdoc, he was an intern at GE Research, and Corning Inc.
