Dispatcher

The Dispatcher is a supervisory controller that generates a battery charge and discharge schedule over a look-ahead period of 24-48 hours. The schedule is sent to the real-time plant controller (Plant Control) as a reference to be followed and is updated every 1-30 min or as conditions change.
